Ocala Reindeer Run Presented by the Gaekwad Family

The Ocala Reindeer Run, presented by the Gaekwad Family, is a holiday 5K race in Ocala, Florida. It starts in the afternoon and includes a family-friendly setup. The main event is a chip-timed 3.1-mile run. Children aged 10 and under can participate in the free Rudolph Dash, a quarter-mile kids' race that takes place just before the 5K. The event is approaching its 50th year. It embraces the holiday season with costume awards and themed editions, like a Nutcracker Ballet year. Custom finisher medals are provided for those who register early. Awards are given to the top three overall finishers and the top three in each age group. Runners unable to attend in person can opt for a virtual 5K, with their medal shipped to them.
