The Grand Canal Trail offers a straightforward local-run feel: flat canal-side miles, small waves, and a cause that matters when the legs start talking. Run for Mental Health is built around mental health awareness, with a message runners understand: use the joy of movement to “break the silence,” “keep going,” and make a difference.
Expect a smaller private group run. All paces are welcome, and you can run or walk; younger runners can take part with a guardian. The distinctive aspect is the intentionally low-pressure setup: no timing chips, optional app timing or coordinator help, race-day bibs, and swag shipped to your door, making it a genuinely stress-free run.
