Say Grace Thanksgiving Day 5K Race 2026

The Say Grace Thanksgiving Day 5K Race is Wichita’s largest local 5K and GraceMed’s main fundraiser. It is an annual, family-friendly Thanksgiving run where participants can race, walk, or stroll before the holiday meal. The route goes through Midtown, one of Wichita’s oldest neighborhoods. The event draws families, friends, casual walkers, club runners, and teams, with chip timing, shirts, finisher medals, fruit, water, overall and age-group awards, and team prizes.
