Sun and Sand 5K

The Sun and Sand 5K is an annual 5K run in North Wildwood, organized by the North Wildwood Police Officer Association. It is open to runners of all ages and skill levels, including local regulars, families, newer runners, and those using it as a summer fitness goal. The race supports local community programs and initiatives funded through the police association. After the run, participants can stay for an awards ceremony and post-race refreshments, giving the event a community-race feel rather than a large production.
