Si nuota nel Tennessee River, partendo con un giro tosto prima di tornare all'arrivo. In bici si prende la Riverside Drive fino a East Knoxville, con dei bei panorami e un po' di saliscendi. Si corre lungo la greenway e il fiume, passando dal lancio della Star of Knoxville Riverboat e da Volunteer Landing, poi la Marina, e si finisce al Riverside Park per un PBR Finish.
