38. Dolomitenradrundfahrt/11. SuperGiroDolomiti

SuperGiroDolomiti is a cycling race in Lienz, Austria. Riders begin early from the RGO Arena and conclude later in the old town. This race is part of a June weekend program that also features the Dolomitenradrundfahrt. The Dolomitenradrundfahrt uses the same start area and finishes in the old town prior to the SuperGiroDolomiti participants arriving. The weekend centers on Lienz itself, not a distant race village. Children compete on the main square, the Dolomitenradrundfahrt event takes place in the town center, and both major races hold a joint awards ceremony at the RGO Arena. A local tradition is the Kaiserschmarren party preceding the VIP jersey presentation, adding a distinct Austrian pre-race ritual.
