Langenzersdorfer Weihnachtsmarathon

The Langenzersdorfer Weihnachtsmarathon is a charity run in Langenzersdorf, Austria, held just before Christmas in a recreation area near Vienna. Its unique feature is the lap: each main race uses the same 959-meter circuit. Consequently, the marathon covers 44 laps, the half marathon 22 laps, the 10 km race 10 laps, and the 5 km race 5 laps. A Wichtellauf for children and young runners is also offered, with either one full lap or a 400-meter option. The course is measured around a bathing pond using GPS and GLONASS.
