Marktlauf Kremsmünster 2026

Marktlauf Kremsmünster is a 10-kilometer road race held in Kremsmünster, Upper Austria, as part of the Traunviertler Sparkassen-Laufcup. The primary race begins and concludes at the market square, featuring a swift town-center circuit designed for both club athletes aiming for a personal best and recreational runners using it for early-season assessment. The 10K route consists of four laps through Kremsmünster's center, allowing participants to pass the market square multiple times rather than following a lengthy out-and-back path. The course is officially measured to international athletics standards. Its quick nature serves as a frequent final fitness evaluation before the major spring marathons in Vienna, Linz, and Salzburg. The Athletics & FitSport section of TuS Kremsmünster organizes the event, which also features youth races with significant child involvement.
