Pesenbachtallauf + Wirt in Pesenbach Kinderlauf 2026

The Pesenbachtallauf is an 11.2 km local running race that begins in Lacken, with the main field starting in the afternoon. The series also features the Wirt in Pesenbach Kinderlauf, which starts at the inn in Lacken and offers children age-group distances ranging from 50 m to 1350 m. The main course follows forest and farm roads through the Pesenbach valley, extends to the Kerzenstein, and finishes back in Lacken. Participants can also divide the 11 km route as a two-person relay, with legs measuring 6.7 km and 4.5 km. The event maintains a strong local character: Feldkirchen residents compete for the town championship, volunteer fire departments can enter team rankings, and the main awards ceremony takes place later at the Wirt in Pesenbach.
