Zwölferhorn Berglauf (IÖBLC) 2026

The Zwölferhorn Berglauf begins at the Zwölferhorn cable car parking lot in Sankt Gilgen am Wolfgangsee, Salzburg, transitioning immediately to mountain running. Though short on paper at 4.32 km, the course ascends 910 metres to finish at Voit'l Hütte. The race starts in the morning in early October; race numbers are available beforehand at the cable car valley station. The course features a refreshment stop at Sausteigalm before continuing the climb to the hut finish. The entry fee covers the cable car descent, a practical aspect given the finish's elevation above the start. Results are provided for standard categories and age-group rankings, and the event is included in the IÖBLC mountain-running cup.
