Starting and finishing at the South Brisbane Sailing Club by Orleigh Park in West End, this monthly series runs beside the Brisbane River. It feels like a club morning, with BRRC members, visitors, beginners, and seasoned athletes sharing the course beside the Brisbane River within a supportive community.
The route is a certified loop along Hill End Terrace and Riverside Drive, with longer runs using repeats. Chip timing, age-graded results, and dedicated volunteers are provided. Practical amenities include toilets at Orleigh Park and the clubhouse, water tables near the start/finish, bananas post-run, and free coffee on championship days.
