Race 7B - Hillcrest Consulting Teams 2 x 11.5km Handicap is a team handicap and a self-supported trail race, with runners aged 15 and over on the start list and younger competitors directed toward nominated time events. Expect shared-use mountain bike trail underfoot, a marshaled turnaround where you refill your own bottles, and a finish that asks you to carry out any rubbish you carried in. The kit list is important: water, bandage, blanket, thermal top, whistle, phone, and the mindset that "runners are responsible for their own safety."
