The Riverway swim sets the tone, followed by the familiar triathlon sequence: swim, bike, run, transition, repeat for the next wave. The Sue Bell Memorial Riverway Triathlon has the feel of a club race with a distinguished name, put on by Townsville Tri Club and welcoming to all, not just members. Individual and team entries are available, allowing you to compete solo or divide the effort with friends. Children are also catered for with a "Little Kids Course" and a "Big Kids Course," adding a family atmosphere without becoming a large event.
