Townsville Triathlon and Multisport Festival

The Strand defines this festival: ocean water on the foreshore, North Ward nearby, and Pallarenda Beach included for a distinct coastal multisport atmosphere. The Townsville Triathlon and Multisport Festival offers a familiar duality for runners: competitive enough for elite athletes, yet welcoming for first-timers and families. The weekend offers diverse events, including kids aquathlon and triathlon, corporate team challenges, enticer events, duathlon, aquathlon, and the "classic Sprint and Standard distance events." Participants will swim in the ocean, cycle, and run along The Strand. The field includes children trying it for the first time alongside seasoned racers aiming for a strong finish.
