Athora Bruges Marathon 2026

The Athora Bruges Marathon is a fast, flat road marathon in Bruges, with Athora Belgium as main sponsor. It starts at 't Zand beside the Bruges Concertgebouw and draws a large field, with participation rising from several thousand runners to around twelve thousand expected entrants. The route runs through Bruges' historic centre, heads out toward the medieval town of Damme, then follows the Damse Vaart canal back toward Bruges. The finish is traditionally on the city's historic Market Square, and Athora has also tied the event to a charity action in which kilometres run by its employees, brokers, friends, and family trigger donations.
