Bashir's Summer Run 2026

Bashir's Summer Run takes place in Gent, Belgium, utilizing the Watersportbaan. Participants can select an officially measured mile, 5 km, or 10 km race. Youth events are offered over 400 metres, 800 metres, and 1 mile. The event segments participants by pace and distance. Open 5 km and 10 km races are available, alongside faster heats for those completing 5 km under 20 minutes or 10 km under 40 minutes. The mile race features a Streetrace format. DJs will be present along the course, with an afterparty featuring additional DJs following the races.
