Les Foulées des Flosses 2026

Les Foulées des Flosses is an annual club race held in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, Belgium. The start and finish take place on the athletics track at Sportcity, located on Avenue Salomé. Participants can select either a 7.7 km or a 16 km race. Additionally, the event features Kids Run races of 400 m, 800 m, and 1200 m, catering to various age groups. The course is predominantly off-road, with approximately 80% crossing forest terrain. It includes numerous small hills, distinguishing it from a simple flat city run. The longer race offers aid stations at 6 km, 11 km, and the finish line. The shorter race provides an aid station at 4 km and the finish. Facilities at Sportcity include changing rooms, lockers, and showers. Following the race, participants can look forward to category prizes and a tombola.
