Adventure Skyrun

Adventure Skyrun is a mountain running series in Bulgaria, centered in the Rila area around Borovets and Malyovitsa, held in late August. Participants can select from three distances: Adventure Sky Forest at 12 km, Adventure Sky Lakes at 25 km, and Adventure Sky Run at 55 km. The shortest race involves a 415-meter climb, ensuring even the entry distance is a genuine mountain run, not a flat trail race. The series is organized by Adventure Skyrun and is listed with ITRA. The longest event awards 8 ITRA points, Mountain Level 8, and a Finisher Level of 210. The participant lists are predominantly Bulgarian, featuring runners from clubs like Blagoevgrad Running Club and Crazy Rush, as well as independent entrants.
