Uec MTB Downhill European Championships

La Molina hosts the UEC MTB Downhill European Championships, a three-day mountain bike downhill event scheduled in August. Riders race against the clock on a downhill course, with a seeding run before the finals and live timing available for following each run. The field is split across Elite, Junior, U15-U17, and Masters categories for men and women, so the event is not just one elite race. The European Cycling Union runs it as part of the UCI cycling structure, and the race has the usual championship machinery around it: technical guides, team managers' meetings, official communiques, start lists, and published results.
