2026 Edmonton Heartbeat Run

The Edmonton Heartbeat Run starts and finishes in Hawrelak Park on Groat Road NW in Edmonton, Alberta, offering 1K, 3K, 5K, and 10K distances. Held in September, it accommodates both walkers and runners, with particular encouragement for individuals who have experienced a cardiac event. The 1K Fun Run and 3K Walk are shorter options, while the 5K Run/Walk and 10K provide more space for regular runners.
