Cambridge Mill Race 2026

The Cambridge Mill Race is an 8 km chip-timed race in Cambridge, Ontario, with a start and finish at Riverbluffs Park. It is a June morning event on the Walter Bean Trail, a section of the Trans Canada Trail, and it also includes the 1 km Chipmunk Chase for children ages 1 to 12. The main race is an out-and-back: runners follow mostly hard-packed dirt or stone-dust trail, hit the 4 km turnaround, and return the same way, with a few asphalt stretches and water available around 3 km and 5 km. The 8 km race gives overall and age-category awards, every Chipmunk Chase finisher gets a medal, all participants get a catered lunch from the Cambridge Mill Restaurant, and the event supports Pollinator Partnership Canada.
