Edmonton Ice Cream Run 2026

The Edmonton Ice Cream Run begins and ends at Kinsmen Park Picnic Site 1 on Walterdale Hill in Edmonton. This Saturday morning event in July offers 5K and 10K options for runners and walkers, alongside a Little Ice Cream Scoops kids' run. Virtual 5K, 10K, and 1K kids' run options are also available, allowing participants to complete the distance on their own schedule. The event is organized as a community run suitable for families, rather than a competition solely for elite athletes. The registered field includes just over 300 participants, and the race supports the Mountain Gorilla Conservation Society of Canada.
