Kicking PancreAS™ 5K - Newfoundland

The Newfoundland Kicking PancreAS 5K begins at the Royal St. John's Regatta Boathouse in St. John's. This evening 5K is designed for runners and walkers of all abilities, offering a 90-minute course limit. The event supports pancreatic cancer awareness, patient assistance, healthcare education, and Canadian research. The Craigs Cause Pancreatic Cancer Society organizes this event, encouraging participants to invite friends, family, and colleagues to aid fundraising. This year's local edition targets approximately 180 participants and aims to raise a five-figure sum, following a prior Newfoundland event that saw over 140 attendees and raised more than CA$10,000. Participants are encouraged to wear purple, glow-in-the-dark items, or costumes for the night. Registration provides a bib, a finisher medal, and event merchandise.
