Phoenix Trail Races 2026

The Phoenix Trail Races take place in October at Fanshawe Conservation Area in London, Ontario, beginning at 9:00 AM EDT. Participants can choose from three options on the same trail system: a 25K walk/hike, a 25K trail run, and a 50K trail run. The 25K routes consist of one loop of the Fanshawe Lake Trail, with added distance near the dam. The 50K race involves completing this loop twice, including the dam sections on each circuit. Aid stations are positioned approximately every 5 kilometers, with safety and medical personnel present. Registration includes admission to the conservation area, a shirt, timed results, a finisher medal, a post-race meal, and participant photos. The Phoenix Race Committee organizes the event, which also supports Animalert through fundraising.
