Run fur Rescue

Run fur Rescue hosts a 5 km out-and-back fundraiser on June 5, starting and finishing at Winnipeg's Cargo Bar on Assiniboine Park Drive. Proceeds benefit the Winnipeg Pet Rescue Shelter, a registered charity reliant on public donations. The event centers on the shelter's animals. Registration fees support the care of animals at the shelter, and the event aims to raise CA$5,000. The 5 km entry includes a T-shirt, bandana, collapsible water bowl, and dog tag. Refreshments will be available at Cargo Bar post-race.
