Rundweg Winterthur Ultra 2026

The Rundweg Winterthur Ultra is an autumn running event held around Winterthur, Switzerland, organized by the laufsportal.ch association / laufsportal running team. Participants can select an ultra distance, noted as approximately 59 to 61 km, or a classic marathon of 42.2 km. This is a small, challenging race setup, not a closed-road city event. The course largely follows the official Rundweg Winterthur hiking trail, utilizing its existing markers, with any deviations marked additionally. A GPX track is available. The roads and paths remain open to public traffic, requiring runners to be aware of their surroundings. Entry is open to healthy runners prepared for the distance; parental consent is necessary for participants under 18. The event includes timing and provides finisher medals.
