Běh letním ránem is a summer morning running race held in Štítná nad Vláří-Popov, within the Zlín Region of Czechia. It is a component of the Běhy Zlín series, commencing at 10:00 AM. On-site registration is available until 9:30 AM. Participants can select between a 7 km or 15 km distance, known locally as Pětka and Desítka respectively. The longer course is not a straightforward road run.
The start point is situated near the pub above the village. Organizers characterize the course as challenging. Parents are advised to carefully consider entering children, as juniors compete in their own category but still encounter a difficult route. The race originated from an earlier four-season Běh ránem series, which began with just four runners on Christmas Eve. Although that series concluded, the summer race continued because of its strong participation. It remains organized in a family-and-friends manner by members of the Martinát family and their associates, with prizes awarded to the top overall male and female finishers, in addition to separate junior categories.
