Běh na Dobrošov

Běh na Dobrošov is a short, public uphill race in Náchod-Běloves. It begins at Hotel Bonato and concludes at Jiráskova chata on Dobrošov. Participants start together in a mass start. The main course covers 3.8 km with 270 meters of elevation gain, making it a strenuous uphill effort rather than a long-distance event. The race takes place in November and is organized by Sportovní klub REDPOINT TEAM. The route ascends from the Běloves area towards Dobrošov. The finish line for adults is at the mountain lodge, while the youth finish is located near the Březinka fortress. Younger participants follow a distinct 1.5 km course marked with flags. Categories include children up to 14, juniors, younger adults, and masters. The race's intensity is reflected in its records: top men complete the course in under 16 minutes, top women in under 19 minutes, and youth records are around six and a half minutes.
