Márův běh 2026

Márův běh is a 6.2 km evening cross/trail race held in Milíčovský les, Prague 4. It typically takes place in August with an 18:00 start. This is a small local race, not a charity event; organizers state it is for the enjoyment of Marek Novák and all participants. AC SAKÉ KATEŘINKY organizes the event, with Lukáš Novák as the contact. The Prague-Újezd municipal district provides support. The course consists of one loop through Milíčovský les, crossing Milíčovské vrchy twice for a total of 135 m of climbing. The terrain is varied, with approximately two-thirds forest or firm paths and one-third asphalt, making it a short but uneven course. The start is located at a crossroads in the western part of the forest, near the former gazebo. Shorter routes are available for children, and the post-race activities include announcing winners and a tombola. The race archives date back to its first edition in 2017, with the ninth edition scheduled for 2025.
