Rychnov pomáhá během is a charity run starting at Poláčkovo náměstí in Rychnov nad Kněžnou, located in the Královéhradecký region of Czechia. It takes place in early September and features two primary distances: the 5 km Pětka and the 10 km Desítka. The event is open to all participants, with separate entry fees for adults and children. Online registration is available. The course combines asphalt sections with forest paths, concluding on granite cobblestones, offering more than a simple town road race. The event is organized by Spartan Training Group from Rychnov nad Kněžnou, supported by the local Spartan Rychnov nad Kněžnou club. The inaugural run attracted nearly 500 participants. The event also accommodates families by providing childcare during the race. Results and photos are published post-event, and the organizers express gratitude to runners, course marshals, sponsors, and volunteers.
