The Slatinice Seven begins at the Tourist Information Center near the spa in Slatinice, Olomouc region, Czechia. This charity trail race, also the Šárka Krčková Memorial, has its main field start in the morning, followed shortly by a Nordic walking group. The primary route covers approximately seven to seven and a half kilometres, while children compete in short road races of 50, 200, and 400 metres.
Runners and walkers share the same course, which consists of about 90% forest and field paths with some asphalt sections. The route leads from Slatinice towards the lookout tower area and returns, featuring around 180 metres of elevation gain. Šance Olomouc organizes the event, with proceeds benefiting oncology patients, including the oncology department at Agel Hospital in Prostějov. The event maintains a local character: registration fees are modest but can be increased as a donation, category winners receive diplomas, and refreshments include homemade fare, beer available for purchase, and a small glass of Slatinice plum brandy.
