Slopenská desítka is a 10 km cross-country hill race in Slopné, centered on the local playground and football field. The main race begins in the early afternoon, with youth races held earlier and preschool children having their own short Sluníčkový běh later. The adult start is positioned about 100 meters from the playground on an asphalt road below the church, providing the main field more space than the field start used for younger categories. The main race ascends 380 meters in total, making it distinctly a hill race rather than a flat village 10K.
The route commences with a short flat section, then transitions directly into a 1.5 km asphalt ascent. Following this, it continues to rise on a gravel road, enters the forest, and encounters a steeper climb lasting until approximately 2.5 km. The middle portion undulates, descends sharply for about 300 meters, then levels out downhill before several brief, steep ascents near the 7 km mark. The final three kilometers are downhill, and after 8 km, runners retrace their path from the start. The event includes 14 categories for men, women, juniors, and junior women, and is part of the year-round Běhy Zlín series and the Czech Uphill Running Cup.
