Týnišťské šlápoty is a 107 km mountain long-distance hike from Náchod to Týniště nad Orlicí. It begins at the Náchod railway station in the evening, sending walkers into an overnight crossing of the Orlické Mountains with approximately 3,000 meters of elevation gain. A working flashlight or headlamp is required, and participants also need identification for the night section.
The route concludes at the tourist center in Týniště nad Orlicí, with walkers required to arrive by midnight on the day after they start. The event proceeds in any weather, and all participants assume their own risk, making it a serious endurance walk. Finishers who complete their route properly receive a diploma and a new hike badge at the finish.
