The Lahnparklauf is a running event in Wetzlar, organized by Team Naunheim. Its 30-kilometer race serves as the main test. The source covers the race during its 13th edition, when favorable conditions contributed to particularly fast times. The 30 km distance is referred to as the race’s “king’s discipline,” concentrating the sharpest competitive focus. Lisa Schmitt from Lahnau delivered the event’s standout performance, improving her own 30 km course record by over four minutes to set a new time of 1:58:31.
