21. Ederauenlauf 2026

The Ederauenlauf begins and ends on the TV 08 Bergheim tartan track in Edertal, Hesse, Germany. This road running event offers distances from 400 metres for children up to the half marathon, alongside 1 km, 2 km, 5 km, and 10 km races. This allows families, beginners, club runners, and experienced road racers to participate in the same event. The longer races follow the Eder river through the Ederauen, on a flat, clearly marked, officially measured course suitable for rankings and records. TV 08 Bergheim organizes the event, utilizing electronic timing and numerous local volunteers. The programme has featured district championships over 10 km and the half marathon. The race is also included in the Laufcup Waldeck-Frankenberg, while the shorter children’s races take place on the track at the sports park.
