21. Run for fun 12 Stundenlauf

The 21st Run for fun 12 Stundenlauf is a 12-hour road race held in Marienfeld, Germany. It takes place on a short loop course, not a point-to-point route. This is a low-key ultra format where participants aim to complete as many laps or kilometers as possible within the 12-hour period. The final start is permitted at 18:45. The lap measures 2.3 km and follows forest and bicycle paths, featuring only 6 meters of elevation gain per circuit. LG Marienfeld is the organizing body, with Rainer Strototte serving as the contact. There is no limit on the number of participants. Entry fees are modest: 8 euros for adults and 3 euros for youth. The event does not provide lap-by-lap timing, nor does it contribute to official rankings or carry an IAU label.
