The Zeuthener Jedermannslauf, a September road race in Zeuthen, focuses on short, practical distances rather than a single main event. The program begins with a free 400 m Bambini run for the youngest children, followed by a 1.5 km school race. Later in the morning, 5 km and 10 km races commence simultaneously. The name, "run for everyone," reflects its inclusive nature, offering suitable distances for children, teenagers, adults, and older participants.
The course is a straightforward out-and-back on Friesenstraße to Heinrich-Heine-Straße, ensuring a simple route. Now in its 24th edition, the race also serves as a qualifying event for the Brandenburg Cup without additional registration. Cup distances are categorized by age: U10 and U12 compete in the 1.5 km, most youth groups run 5 km, working-age adult groups typically run 10 km, and older women's and men's groups revert to 5 km. Race titles maintain a local connection, featuring the Bambini and Schüler cups for children, the Sparkasse cup for the 5 km, and the Gemeinde Zeuthen cup for the 10 km.
