35. Spargellauf - "Run den Damm" 2026

The 35th Spargellauf – "Run den Damm," is a fun run for all ages along the Altrheindamm. It welcomes everyone, from young sprinters and students to walkers and serious runners, making it a good day for families and children. The run finishes in Adam-Günderoth-Stadion, with medals for all participants. An after-race party with a DJ, music, food, and drinks follows.
