37. Jesteburger Volkslauf 2026

The Jesteburger Volkslauf is a road and landscape race starting at the sports field on Am Alten Moor in Jesteburg. Its most recent edition was in late September, with no future date announced. The course connects the town center with the surrounding rolling countryside, offering more than a basic street circuit. The primary route is 5 km, with participants selecting one or two laps during registration. The longer option goes towards Rahberg, follows the Seeve river to Jesteburg's center, and finishes back at the sports field. A 10 km walk is available over two laps. Younger participants have distinct races for toddlers, children, and youth covering 400 m, 800 m, and 2.3 km respectively. The organizers also provide training plans tailored to various performance objectives, accommodating the event's diverse attendees including families, juniors, walkers, and local runners.
