Ravensberger Hügel RTF

The Ravensberger Hügel RTF begins at the Mehrzweckhalle on Turnerstrasse in Spenge-Lenzinghausen, North Rhine-Westphalia. Böckstiegel-Lauf Werther

The Böckstiegel-Lauf is a street running event held in late September in Werther (Westfalen), a town in North Rhine-Westphalia. The main distances offered are 18 km and 10 km. A 2.5 km distance, along with a children's and school run, makes the event accessible for families and regular runners alike. The race is named after Peter August Böckstiegel, a painter, graphic artist, and sculptor associated with Westphalian Expressionism. Böckstiegel was born in Arrode, which is now part of Werther. Thus, the event connects a local running day with a local artist, rather than a sponsor or landmark. The field is mid-sized, typically between 501 and 1,000 participants, with one recent edition recording 854 finishers.

ビーレフェルトでのベースマイル

ランニング： 地元の人たちは、その日の調子に合わせてBielefelder Rundenを繋ぎながらビーレフェルトを走ってるよ。北にはSieben Teiche Brakeが安定した周回コースを提供してくれて、西はStadtwaldが緑豊か、南はBockschatzhof、東にはFichtenmeileがあって、そこからTeutoburg Forest方面に行ける感じ。Teilzeitläuferは木曜に10-13kでゆるく走るし、Everybody welcomeって感じの雰囲気がいいよね。Sparrenburg-Firmenlauf Bielefeld、run & roll city Bielefeld、AOK-Firmenlauf Bielefeld、InSchildesche-Laufとかでカレンダーはいつも忙しいよ。1 kmは地元の定番テストピースって感じかな。

サイクリング： ビーレフェルトから走るなら、上りたかったらTeutoburg Forest方面、ローリングなbase milesがしたいならRavensberg Basin方面に行くんだ。地元のサイクリングシーンは、昔からRTF、Mountainbike/Downhill、ロードレース、BMX、それにRadrennbahnなんかがあって、しっかりしてるよ。Teutoburger-Wald-Rundfahrtは153 kmで、一日がっつり走れるロングライドだね。Radmarathon Vom Hermann Zum Wilhelmは223 kmもあって、Z2が本気モードになるような距離だよ。RTF am Teutoは150 km、Ravensberger Hügel RTFはその名の通りアップダウンがしっかりあるコースなんだ。Großer EhbergとTönsbergあたりになると、もう脚が悲鳴を上げ始める感じかな。

シーズン： 5月、6月、7月、8月、9月は、しっかり走り込みができる良い月だね。地元の人たちは夏にロングライド、Stadtwaldでのラン、Obersee周回、インターバル、あと秋を楽に感じさせるようなbase milesをこなすんだ。7月は暑くなることもあるし、2019年7月25日にはビーレフェルトの観測史上最高気温を記録したんだよ。2022年は日照時間が3時間しかなかった日もあったんだ。冬になるとリズムが変わるね。ランナーはBielefelder Rundenを走り続けるけど、サイクリストはコース選びが慎重になるし、寒い日は、外は晴れてるのにたった3度だったあのHermannの朝みたいに感じることもあるよ。
