Damscheider Kuckucks-Trail 2026

The Damscheider Kuckucks-Trail is a trail event held in Damscheid, Germany, situated on the Rheinhöhen overlooking the Rhine River. Participants can select a short trail course spanning approximately 9 to 10 kilometers or a longer option of about 20 to 21 kilometers. Additionally, a 9-kilometer walk is available. All events commence and conclude at Sportplatz SV Damscheid. The courses traverse the rural landscape surrounding Damscheid and have the organizer as challenging, presenting a hilly trail experience rather than a flat road race. SV Damscheid established the event as part of its sports festival. The inaugural running attracted numerous local running enthusiasts, even without standard race amenities like timing or bib numbers.
