Echemer Dorflauf

The 17th Echemer Dorflauf is open to all ages. The routes are flat and mostly asphalt. The focus is on the joy of running, with no official course measurement. A Bambini run is available for the youngest, alongside a Nordic Walking route. It's about fitness, mental clarity, and enjoying nature together. Beginners, experienced runners, children, and those with back or joint issues are welcome.
