Erlangen Lauf in die Mönau 2026

The Erlangen Lauf in die Mönau is a family running event in Erlangen, organized by Turnverein 1848 Erlangen. The program includes Bambini and Schüler races for children, a 5 km race, and longer competitions, meaning the participant list is not limited to club runners. It takes place in early autumn and complements the races with a supporting program for families around the event site. The route follows forest paths in the Bannwald Mönau, offering the race a more tranquil atmosphere than a city run solely on roads.
