MOUNTAINMAN Reit im Winkl/Chiemgau

Starting where Rosi Mittermaier learned to ski, the MOUNTAINMAN trail takes you over the Seegatterlalm to the Winklmoosalm, then over the Dürrnbachhorn and the high moorland boardwalks toward the Steinplatte. You'll pass the Durchkaseralm and Hemmersuppenalm, by the ski jump, to Gut Steinbach, and return through the Klausenbachklamm. Diverse landscapes, great trails, and stunning panoramas await. Rustic alpine huts provide food along the route. Trail runners and hikers, pros and beginners, even 2- and 4-legged participants are welcome.
