Schinder-Trail Grauer Kopf is a trail running event held at Kirchstraße by the Limeskastell in Pohl, western Germany. The races utilize natural paths and trails within Nassau Nature Park, with the Grauer Kopf mountain lending its name to the event. It is designed as a traditional off-road running day, featuring some challenging single-track sections.
The event offers more than a single main race: separate events are available for toddlers, children, and youth, along with a relay option. Runners will encounter a landscape-focused course through the nature park, with the route ascending Grauer Kopf. The organizer, schindertrail.de, provides training plans tailored to various performance levels, catering to the event’s blend of serious trail runners, younger participants, teams, and individuals training for their first off-road race.
