Silvesterlauf Rödinghausen 2026

The Silvesterlauf Rödinghausen is a New Year’s Eve run held in Rödinghausen, North Rhine-Westphalia. The race begins at Rödinghauser Fasse at 11 AM. CVJM Rödinghausen organizes the event, which features 5.5 km and 11 km running courses, as well as a Nordic walking option, all on paved streets. Participation is free, with online registration available and results posted via race result. The primary circuit measures approximately 5.5 km and crosses the Wiehengebirge, following a well-trodden path used by local runners for years. Typically, a few hundred participants attend, with runners appearing even in freezing conditions for a final run of the year. Häcker Küchen sponsors the event, giving it the name Häcker-Silvesterlauf. Sparkasse Herford and Provinzial-Versicherung Lucius also provide support.
