The Winterlaufserie Hofheim-Lorsbach is a five-part winter running series held in Hofheim-Lorsbach, Germany. Each event takes place within the Lorsbach valley, part of the Nassauische Schweiz region. Participants can select either 10 km or 20 km loop courses. The series intentionally maintains a low-pressure atmosphere, foregoing official timing and competitive racing. The courses follow paved forest trails through the Lorsbachtal, a valley known locally as the pearl of the Nassauische Schweiz. The terrain is characterized as challenging, indicating it is more than a simple flat run. However, a flexible start window contributes to a relaxed event day; runners may begin their participation anytime between 8 AM and 11 AM, with the course closing at 1 PM.
