Night TRAIL afd. 6 - 2027

Night TRAIL is a dark winter trail series held in Marselisborgskoven, located 4 km from central Aarhus. Each race begins at 19:00. Participants can select a 5 km or 10 km distance, with separate men's and women's categories for both. The course features hills, mud, water, sand, narrow forest paths, and running in the dark with headlamps. The start and finish lines are at the Silistria clubhouse, which offers parking, though spaces are limited. Top orienteering runners scout and test the routes, which are then clearly marked to allow runners to concentrate on their pace rather than navigation. Over the six autumn and winter events, runners accumulate points for an overall standing, and the top three finishers in each category receive awards. Post-race, participants can return to the clubhouse for soup, sauna, and socializing with fellow runners.
