Trail Fox Helsingør

Trail Fox Helsingør is a trail run and walk in Teglstrup Hegn, a forest area near Helsingør in North Zealand. It is part of the Trail Fox Series and includes several distances: a 2 km children’s trail, 5 km, 15 km, a 15 km walk, and 30 km for those seeking a longer run. Registration is limited, distinguishing it from unlimited mass-entry events. The route follows forest trails within National Park Kongernes Nordsjælland, passing old conifer trees, extensive beech woods, and oaks described as 500 years old. The 15 km course features approximately 200 meters of elevation gain and loss, providing a challenging trail experience without becoming a mountain race. The inclusion of a kids’ route, a walking option, and a 30 km distance allows families, walkers, novice trail runners, and experienced runners to participate together.
