12ElLVE 2025 2026

12ElLVE is a non-competitive trail event in Castro Urdiales, on the Cantabrian coast of northern Spain, scheduled for early September. The primary offering is a 14 km trail run featuring 600 m of elevation gain. While short on paper, it provides sufficient climbing for a genuine mountain-style experience. A 10 km march with 390 m of ascent is available for those preferring to explore the local terrain at a walking pace. Both events are designated as non-competitive, yet results and classifications are still issued. This approach fosters a sense of community mountain event rather than a typical road race.
